I feel like I've become a master of seeing beauty in different tones of grey and brown lately. Today has been super sunny for a change, and it was a welcome relief. We have just had a nice Sunday stroll, soaking in the bright winter rays. It felt great.

pre-Christmas Bergen

This is how Bergen looks like these days when I walk home from the office. There is just a little less snow than in these shots, that were taken earlier this month. Nice, isn't it? So, are you ready for Christmas yet? Händel's Messiah, a blazing fire and red tea lights are putting us in the right mood tonight. And in a couple of days we pack our bags to drive home for Christmas in our hometown Sandnes.

That thing I said yesterday about Bergen being grey and our garden being green - well, not so much anymore! We were hit by a blizzard during the night, and once again Bergen is white and the traffic is total chaos. I'm glad I could just bundle up and walk to the office.

By the way, I have done a few changes to the sidebar; I have listed the cameras I mostly use (just in case anyone wondered) + I have added shortcuts to some of my travel stories/photos. Click on the images to escape for a bit.

I have some busy days with lots of interviews and articles to do for Universum. I hardly ever work at home anymore, only in busy times like this. In the productive hours I listen to my upbeat party mix at Spotify (find it here) whilst enjoying my guilty pleasures of instant mashed potatoes with sausage and waaaay too much vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.
