Our weekend was all about yummy food; the Mediterranean dorade fish (a lucky find; this fish is really hard to get in Bergen), blue congo potatoes, fresh shrimps, smoothies for breakfast, tuna and avocado salad for lunch, lots of Mövenpick chocolate ice cream (my absolute favorite!), both raw and grilled salmon. The weekend also included a nice little walk seeing signs of early autumn, a hike up and down mount Ulriken in the warm sun that felt like summer, a very thorough mowing of the lawn, finding a pink flower in our garden that I have never seen before, admiring our apples while thinking of this silly question: when do I know when it's time to pick them?
