the dinner project, week 23


Monday June 7: white bean and feta salad (photo here)

Tuesday June 8: chicken tortilla with homemade guacamole, tomatoes, red onion, sugar peas, cucumber and little gem lettuce

Wednesday June 9: homemade grilled fish burgers with coleslaw (photo above and here), roasted rhubarb with vanilla ice cream for dessert

Thursday June 10: fish burger leftovers

Friday June 11: dinner out with family: parma ham and rocket pizza at Stragiotti in Bergen

Saturday June 12: dinner party at home with family: first course: grilled chili scampi with mango and coriander, second course: spicy pan fried wolffish with Brazil nuts and little gem lettuce, main course: roasted filet mignon of beef with marinated grilled mushrooms, garlic parsley butter and a salad with rocket, baby spinach, coriander, nectarines, blueberries and coriander, dessert: roasted rhubarb with vanilla ice cream

Sunday June 13: grilled filet mignon of beef with Greek salad and garlic butter baguettes
