Summer is here. It's not very warm yet, but still we are enjoying some beautiful sunny days. And food! We (not just my husband Sølve and I but my sister Mari too who is in Bergen for a month) have made some really delicious dinners lately. Quite a few have been grilled, served with a salad of some sort, and enjoyed in our lush garden. I had a film developed today (Fuji pro 160S) and it was full of these wonderful summer meals from the last couple of weeks. It really made me smile.
This is the salad we had on Saturday; rocket, baby spinach, coriander, nectarines, blueberries and coriander - mmm!
