the dinner project, week 26


Monday June 28: red wine (store) marinated mutton filet with Greek salad

Tuesday June 29: white bean and feta salad (adapted from this, photo above)

Wednesday June 30: pasta with pesto, shredded chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes and fresh ground pepper

Thursday July 1: hot dogs, fresh Norwegian strawberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert (photos here)

Friday July 2: salmon with lemon pepper, mango and coriander + rice with spicy scampis + iceberg lettuce

Saturday July 3: dinner with family: filet mignon of beef, roasted potato wedges and tomato/mozzarella salad

Sunday July 4: dinner with family: smoked halibut with boiled potatoes and egg butter
