the dinner project, week 33


Monday August 16: homemade hamburger in whole grain burger bread with cucumber, feta and ketchup

Tuesday August 17: couscous salad with chicken filet, carrots, red bell pepper, onion, parsely and sweet chili sauce

Wednesday August 18: roasted fresh beets and grilled halloumi inspired by this, served with a simple lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad, a leftover panfried chicken filet and a leftover homemade hambuger

Thursday August 19: mussels and homemade fries, inspired by this meal in Nice, France

Friday August 20: at Rauhelleren cabin: first course: cauliflower soup, main course: lamb fricassee, dessert: homemade rhubarb pie

Saturday August 21: at Sandhaug cabin: first course: soup (not really sure what kind it was), main course: meatloaf with boiled potatoes, carrots and cauliflower, mashed peas, gravy and lingonberry jam (photo above), dessert: some kind of nuts, chocolate and meringue cake

Sunday August 22: thai take out from Kroathai
