After the excitement of our beautiful room, stunning view and wonderful afternoon sunlight, we had an espresso at Cafe Gitane...
...and a drink at White Horse Tavern.
Instead of writing down the name of wines I like, I photograph the label. As a writer it might be funny that I more often carry a camera than a pen. We had an idea that we wanted to drink only American wine whilst in NY. We didn't keep to it, but we had an excellent start! It was a recommendation by our waitress at The Spotted Pig.
Dinner at The Spotted Pig was flawless. This Michelin star gastropub's burger is to die for. So are the beets. And the gnudi.
Super excited to see our hotel room view at night!
